Advertising Week New York is proud to open nominations for the 2027 Future is Female Awards. The Future is Female Awards celebrate the women and allies reshaping leadership across marketing, media and culture. Now in its eighth year, this is your chance to put a bold name forward, including your own.

Eight years ago, the Future is Female Awards launched with a simple conviction: that the most transformative leaders in our industry weren't getting nearly enough recognition.

That conviction hasn't changed. What has changed is the scale of the conversation.

Today, the program stands as one of Advertising Week New York's most celebrated initiatives, a platform dedicated to spotlighting rising stars making bold moves inside their organizations and beyond. From boundary-pushing marketers to culture-shaping creatives, the Future is Female Awards honors the people brave enough to lead differently and inspire others to do the same.

We’re calling on the industry to help us identify these change-makers. Nominations are open to colleagues, peers, mentors and friends—and yes, self-nominations are always encouraged. A panel of past honorees and industry experts will carefully select the 2026 winners based on leadership, innovation, community impact, mentorship and future potential.

There are no entry fees, no age or gender limits and no boundaries. Whether you're nominating someone established or emerging, we want to hear about the women and allies who are shaping the future of our industry.

All entries must be submitted online. We will not be accepting hard copies of entries.
